Prices of ECDM 5 and DFG 1178

Registration fee includes: participation to the meeting and to all social events (lunches and coffee breaks at the conference site, the welcome parties, the social dinner and the social tour); it does not include B&B accommodation and the remaining dinners (please see accommodation for more information).
For accompanying persons the fee includes participation to welcome parties, social dinner and social tour (admission in the conference area is not allowed).

Please, note that the bus transportation from/to the airports is not included in the registration fee

A Junior Participant is an undergraduate, PhD or postdoc younger than 30

The DFG section run from June 6 till Jun 8; The ECDM5 Section run from June 9 till June 11
Social Tour on June 8 is offerred to participants of both sections.

Student Grants

TRAVEL GRANTS for junior participants will be available thanks to our sponsors (IUCr, AIC at present). Interested persons shall apply after having registered to the meeting.
Please, prepare a short CV to justify your request of support and e-mail to piero.macchi specifing which type of grant you apply for:
- Full grant: 300 euro, which includes registration fee (140 euro), travel expenses (up to 80 euro) and accommodation for 5 nights in mini-apartments (85 euro; student-like accommodation in a dormitory, 4 beds per room, breakfast is included)
- Travel grant: 150 euro for travel reimbursement. You must pay registration and accommodation.

DFG-1178 will pay travel expenses to students belonging to the network (please contact DFG-1178 administration directly).
